  • Proof is open 4pm-2am Mon-Fri and 8pm-2am on Saturday & Sunday.

  • Proof Happy Hour is 4-pm-9pm Mon-Fri

  • Proof reserves the right to refuse service to anybody.

  • Proof is strictly 21+. You must have valid identification to enter.

  • 20% gratuity will be added to all walk out tabs.

  • Reservations accepted for parties of 12 or more.

  • Proof is a bar only, sans kitchen.
